Pure 808nm hair removal—plus an optional pure 1064nm upgrade for darker skin tones. Simple. Powerful. Complete.

The Zenith NEXUS is a compact desktop diode hair removal laser built around what clinics trust most: a true, pure 808nm diode wavelength. It’s the industry workhorse for a reason, reliable performance, efficient treatment times, and consistent outcomes when protocols are followed. NEXUS delivers that gold standard performance in a clean, modern platform designed for day to day clinic flow.

That’s why Zenith has developed an optional pure 1064nm diode handle, so you can expand into Fitzpatrick III–V, without needing to purchase an expensive standalone Nd:YAG system. So the clinic logic stays straightforward: ● 808nm (Pure): Best suited for Fitz I–III ● 1064nm (Pure – optional handle): Best suited for Fitz III–V Together: one platform that can cover your full client base and grow with demand. Why multi-wavelength isn’t automatically better You’ll see a lot of “triple/quad wavelength” diode machines promoted as if more wavelengths equals better results. In practice, two issues often show up:

1) The shortest wavelength becomes the safety limiter

In mixed systems (e.g., 755 / 808 / 940–990 / 1064), the lowest wavelength can effectively set the safe operating envelope because it’s typically more reactive with epidermal melanin. That can mean you’re limited to skin tones suitable for 755nm, which is sometimes more restrictive than a proper pure 808nm diode, so the “extra” wavelengths don’t translate into broader safe coverage

2) Power can be diluted across wavelengths

When output is split across 3 – 4 wavelengths, you can end up with less usable energy per wavelength, reducing deliverable fluence and real-world consistency.

That’s why NEXUS keeps it purpose-built: pure 808nm for Fitz I–III, with an optional pure 1064nm handle for Fitz III–V, no gimmicks, no diluted output

Who NEXUS is for?

NEXUS is ideal for clinics that want to:

  • Fast, effective hair removal – 808nm for high melanin absorption and efficient follicle targeting
  • Darker skin type treatments – 1064nm for deeper penetration and safer work on higher Fitzpatrick skin types
  • Coarse, stubborn hair reduction – deeper energy delivery for thick terminal hair
  • Precision area treatments – ideal for smaller zones like face, underarms and bikini
  • Consistent high volume clinic work – dual wavelength flexibility to tailor protocols across a broad client base

NEXUS is a no-nonsense diode system—pure 808nm now, with an optional pure 1064nm upgrade, so you can deliver a genuinely complete hair removal service without the multi-wavelength compromises from Fitz I-V
